Official Ticket Purchase:
Tickets must be procured exclusively from our authorized platform: ghoe.nxlevelent.com. Acquiring tickets from unauthorized sources jeopardizes entry, with no redress available.

Bulk Ticket Purchases:
While group purchases are permitted, it is recommended that individual attendee names be provided. This is crucial for streamlining entry and minimizing potential discrepancies.

Use of Eventbrite:
Attendees may employ the Eventbrite application to expedite the check-in mechanism. Nevertheless, presentation of a valid ID remains an immutable requirement.

Valid Identification Requirement:
Presentation of an authentic and current government or state-issued ID is non-negotiable for entry. Mismatches between ticket and ID names could result in denied admission.

Prohibition of Resales:
Tickets are stringently non-transferable. Engaging in resale or obtaining from unauthorized dealers renders the ticket null and void. Ensure ticket names are consistent with IDs to preclude entry issues.

Authorized Physical Tickets:
A subset of events may sanction physical ticket sales via Nxlevel Collegiate members. These, as well, are inalienably non-transferable and non-refundable.

Door Admission & VIP Protocols:
Certain events might permit door admissions. Stay updated via our official Instagram channel (@nxlevel). VIP ticket holders are obligated to ensure collective arrival of their group for streamlined entry.

Mandatory Dress Code & Venue Regulations:
Strict adherence to the defined attire guidelines and venue regulations is a prerequisite. Non-adherence shall result in denied entry, and no ticket refund will be granted.

Entry Discretion & Safety:
Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC. unequivocally reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals for policy breaches, misconduct, threats to safety, or discernible excessive intoxication. All sales are irreversible, and no reimbursements shall be made.

No Refunds or Exchanges:
All ticket transactions are conclusive. Once purchased, no refunds or exchanges shall be provided. Ensure you adhere to the age criteria of your selected event before transaction completion.
