Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC. specializes in providing day party, nightlife event, and vacation experiences, securing venue partnerships, and curating unique experiences tailored for specific, age-based demographics.

3. User Eligibility

The minimum age to attend a Nxlevel event is 18 years. However, events may have specific age restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the age criteria for each event you attend.

4. Account Creation and Management

Users are not mandated to create an account with us. However, ticket transactions are managed through third-party services, which may require user registration.

5. Content

Users may submit questions or complete questionnaires. This data is collected via Typeform, a third-party service, and stored on their servers. We access this data but ensure confidentiality and non-misuse.

6. Payments and Refunds

All sales are final. We operate under a strict No-Refund policy. Upon making any purchase or payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for any breach of conduct set by partnering venues, any threats to the safety of other guests, or failure to comply with event-specific rules.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC. assumes no liability for any damages or losses, direct or consequential, arising from the use of our services. All services are provided “as is” without any warranty.
