Note: Some data may be retained for longer periods due to statutory, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

5. Secure Disposal

After reaching its end of life, personal data is disposed of in a secure and irreversible manner. Digital records are deleted, and physical records are shredded or otherwise permanently destroyed.

6. Data Archiving and Backup

Backup copies of data are maintained for disaster recovery purposes. These backups are periodically purged, ensuring that old data is removed in line with this retention policy.

7. Responsibilities

All employees and contractors of Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC. are responsible for adhering to this policy. The IT and data management departments have the specific responsibility of ensuring data is properly deleted and disposed of.

8. Review

This policy will be reviewed at least annually to ensure that it remains relevant and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Breaches of the Data Retention Policy

Any breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action. If you are aware of any breaches or potential breaches, report them immediately to the designated Data Protection Officer.
