Tickets for our events are available for online via this website (ghoe.nxlevelent.com). For some events, physical cards will be available for purchase from Nxlevel Collegiate Members. In many cases, there will be door admission available on the day of events — however online advance purchase is recommended.

NO. Tickets to our events are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final and no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

YES. Multiple tickets can be purchased. If purchasing multiple tickets online, be sure to enter individual attendee names.

Each attendee name will be in our system at the time of purchase. We will use your state-issued ID or government-issued ID to validate attendee names.

The dress code for events will vary. Some are relaxed while most require upscale attire. Please see individual event pages for specific requirements. Failure to adhere to the requirements for an event may result in denial or entry or removal from an event without refund.

Each attendee inherently provides his/her/their consent to be photographed or have video footage recorded. All photographs and video are the property of Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC.

Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC. is not liable for any content that it subsequently shares via print or electronically via the internet.

Each attendee must present a valid state-issued or government-issued ID at the door of each venue. Venue staff at each venue may also require presentation of ID throughout the facility.

Homecoming draws thousands of people each year. Lines are a necessary part of validating purchases and insuring that each attendee can engage in activities in the most secure environement. We strongly encourage everyone to arrive early and remain orderly to expedite this necessary process.

Event security will perform security checks for each attendee to insure the safety of all guests. Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC. along with venue security will determine if any attendee poses a threat to himself/herself/themselves or to other guests and reserves the right to deny access to and/or remove any attendee from the venue without refund.

By attending one of Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC’s in-person events, each attendee agrees, understands, and acknowledges, on their own behalf to the following:

Assumption Of Risk: Attendees acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to the disease COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof) and SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that can cause COVID-19) (collectively, “COVID-19”), and any other communicable or infectious disease, exists in any public place where people are present. No precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19, and the risk of exposure applies to everyone. Attendees acknowledge that the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease includes the risk that they will expose others that they later encounter, even if they are not experiencing or displaying any symptoms of illness themselves. By attending Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC’s in-person events each attendee agrees to voluntarily assume any and all risks in any way related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease, including illness, injury, or death of themselves or others, and including without limitation, all risks based on the sole, joint, active or passive negligence of any of the Released Parties, named below. Attendees acknowledge that their attendance is entirely voluntary.

Waiver: On their own behalf and on behalf of their heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators, and assigns, attendees agrees to forever waive, covenant not to sue, release, and discharge the Released Parties, named below, from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses of every kind, including all claims and causes of action based on the sole, joint, active or passive negligence of any of the Released Parties, arising out of or in any way relating to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease during their participation in Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC’s events and/or any other activities associated with the travel to and participation in these events. This waiver of liability and the assumption of risk set forth above is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law.

Released Parties: The Released Parties are: Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC.; and other affiliated or related companies, and all officers, directors, employees, shareholders, members, agents, contractors, subcontractors, representatives, successors, assigns, insurers, and volunteers of each of the foregoing entities.
